A small charity with a big impact

For Goodness’ Sake is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) not-for-profit public charity whose mission is to provide children in need with opportunities that they might not otherwise have. We are all volunteers, meaning that 100% of your donations go towards making a difference in a child’s life.

We launched our operations in 2012. At that time, we were three college sophomores who wanted to make an impact in the community in which we grew up. We were set on providing gifts for kids in the community whose parents could not make ends meet during the holiday season.

In 2013, we realized that goal. We were able to provide ten kids with coats, clothes, and items from their wish lists.

Now after eight years, we have another vision. We want to make an impact year round, not only during the holiday season. Our donations have increased every year and it has allowed us to dream bigger. We want to be able to provide supplies and opportunities for kids to achieve excellence in whatever field they aspire to be great in.

Over the next few years, we plan on rolling out several programs that will help get school, art, and sport supplies into the hands of kids that need them. On top of that, we will also be launching a scholarship program that provides funds for children to attend summer camps and other enrichment opportunities.

We cannot begin to express how excited we are at For Goodness’ Sake for the future growth and advancement of our programs.
